A very good friend shared this video with me today. I remember the scene from the movie American Beauty that inspired it. The scene spoke of the importance of remembering that there is an energy, a life that exists behind everything. It spoke of beauty, the kind of quiet beauty that swells in your chest and threatens to tear you open to the world.
